At Amazfit UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Initiate a Return
Log into your account on the Amazfit UK store or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your device, including all original accessories, manuals, and the charger, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a tracked courier service to our UK processing center; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return is confirmed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
